Each NCS (Newborn Care Specialist) works passionately to help you reach the goals you and your family have by being a gentle, supportive presence in your home.

Can I use my credit card?
YES!
**There is a 3% charge added to all invoices paid with a credit card.
Does Baby Coming Home have a preferred payment method ?
Most clients pay by personal check
Others pay by credit card (adding on the extra 3%). The credit card payment can be paid online, or by calling BCH directly.
When do I pay the registration fee?
After you have met with your assigned NCS.
Are there any hidden fees/contracts that I need to be prepared for?
No contracts are required or used by BCH.
We always keep our word when we make a commitment to you.

How far in advance should I call and book services?
As soon as possible!
Our ladies tend to book up months in advance.
Can I request a particular Newborn Care Specialist?
Yes, if you call early enough and she has availability for the time you have requested.
How long is the normal shift?
10-12 Hours
Can we book 24 hour care?
Yes, with 2 or more Newborn Care Specialists and depending upon availability.

We love being able to help our current families extend if at all possible.
